SESI's technology and management professionals use a Combined Discipline Team to achieve customer goals and initiatives. Each team is led

by a Project/ Program Manager (PM), who is responsible for the successful completion of each task in a timely, coordinated, and effective manner. The PM manages daily activities and schedules to ensure that mission goals are met. The PM is the front-line customer interface for status and contractual performance assurance. The PM continuously reviews task, milestones, operational costs, and resource requirements with the customer. By developing a close business relationship, the PM can provide customers with immediate access to corporate management or respond to changing requirements.
